Shipping Policy
- We ship exclusively within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail with tracking. We do not ship internationally due to federal export compliance regulations.
- Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout based on the size and weight of your items. Small accessories ship for a flat rate of $5.00, while larger mechanical components or packages ship for a calculated flat rate.
Order Processing Times
Standard in-stock 3D-Printed components are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Custom CAD & Engineering Materials Orders
Please note that cutom CAD design requests, specialty prototypes, and large print jobs utilizing technical engineering filaments (such as PA6-CF, PA12-CF, or PCTG-CF) require a specialized production window of 5 to 7 business days. These materials require slower print speeds and specific cooling cucles to ensure industrial-grade structual strength and diamensional accuracy.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order drops or is handed to the shipping carrier, a tracking order will be submitted to you.
