If your part arrives damaged or has a fitment defect from production, contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.

3D Printing Material & Manufacturing Disclaimer
Due to the nature of FFF/FDM 3D printing engineering, final products will feature visible layer lines and minor surface variations inherent to specialized materials (such as PA12-CF, PCTG, and PETG). These variations are normal cosmetic characteristics of high-performance additive manufacturing and do not constitute structual defects. Every component is individually inspected to ensure physical strength, diamensional accuracy, and strict compliance with our functional engineering standards before shipment.
