By purchasing our products, you agree that the items are for personal use only. Modification, reverse engineering, 3D scanning, or creating mold replicas of Dread Point Precision products for commercial resale or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

Product Installation Liability Waiver
All products are sold as aftermarket accessories. By purchasing, the buyer assumes all risk and liability for the proper installation, compatibility, and safe operation of these components on their specific equipment. We are not liable for any damage to equipment, property, or personal injury resulting from the use, misuse, or improper installation of our 3D-printed parts or custom CAD designs. We highly recommend testing component fitment in a safe, controlled environment before operational deployment.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding magazine capacities in their jurisdiction before purchasing or assembling magazine extensions.
Custom CAD & Prototyping Design Services
We offer custom Computer-Aided Design (CAD) modeling, blueprint replication and digital translation services. By hiring us for custom design work, the client acknowledges that all engineering fees, labor hours, and custom modeling charges are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE once the software design work begins. It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide accurate measurements, dimensions, and specifications. We are not liable for fitment or operational issues stemming from inaccurate client-provided data. Final digital design files or physical print variants will require explicit customer email approval before final physical production or delivery.
